In a way I kind of love that this happened. What if you just found a cd in the woods and took it home and it became your favorite music without you ever knowing anything about the people that made it. It really would be 100% about your connection to the way that music made you feel and nothing else. There’s an innocence to ignorance that can be pretty special.

Exactly. I just found you guys on the Warped Tour list in 2008(? don’t remember exactly). At that time I still didn’t know a lot about that kind of music since I started out as a pop junkie. I’m still obsessed with your music to this day and get a rush listening to it.

I don’t understand why it’s any more tragic when a famous person dies than when anyone else dies. No one cares when a homeless bum dies from smoking too much crack. Why is it any more or less significant for Whitney Houston to die? She was a junkie, like so many other junkies….
